  Your retractable awning or zipper shade’s frame, moving parts, and overall workmanship are covered for ten (10) years against defects.

  10-Year Warranty on Fabrics
  All fabrics are warranted for ten (10) years against excessive fading, tearing, or manufacturing defects under normal use and proper care.
  

What’s Included

If a warranty issue arises, we will supply the necessary replacement parts at no cost to you during the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

  Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.

  Normal wear and tear beyond the expected life of the product.
